Other than our track, what are your favorite BMX tracks? Why?
Columbus indoor track was nice last winter. Columbus outdoor track, more
used to it
How did you become interested in racing BMX bikes?
Watching my Dad's nephew last summer in Indiana. Racing looked like fun and
I wanted to try it.
What about the sport has kept you interested and made you want to continue to
race BMX bikes?
It's fun, good exercise and I've met a lot of nice, new friends.
What parts of racing comes naturally to you? What do you feel you need to
work on?
Standing up and being more aggressive.
What other sports or activities do you participate in? Do these sports or
activities help you with your racing? How?
I play softball in the spring and want to play football in the fall. These
sports help with building my leg muscles and the need
for quick reaction
What are your accomplishments so far in BMX racing?
I still have a lot to learn, but I'm having fun!
What are your short-term and long-term goals in BMX?
Short term – to make it to the main.
Long term - to finish in the top 3.
What do your friends and kids at school think about your racing BMX bikes?
They think it's cool that I'm a girl and I ride bmx!
Who are people you look up to and why?
My mom, as she encourages me and tries to help me do better and just wants
me to have fun!
