1.  Rider bios are now being featured on our website. If you are a member of Des Moines Metro BMX and wish to be featured, please answer the questions that are on the Rider Bios page and email them to Kittie Weston-Knauer at kittieknauer@aol.com. Your answers, along with pictures, will be featured on your page. If you have pictures you want to have featured, please email those to Kittie Weston-Knauer, or you may send your answers and pictures to 4503 Wakonda Parkway, Des Moines, IA 50315 via the postal service. If you have questions, please call Kittie Weston-Knauer at 360-2323.

2. Riders are encouraged to continue to submit your ideas to Tony Clemenson, track director, for the track rebuild. You may email them to Tony Clemenson at clemenson1@mchsi.com, or you may  mail them to Tony Clemenson, 9319 Golden Valley Drive, Norwalk, IA  50211. All ideas will be featured on the website.

3.  The 2008 race schedule is now on the website.

4.  The Board continues with planning for the Regional National to be held at Des Moines Metro BMX June 20-22, 2008. All club members are encouraged to work with the Board to make this weekend a success.

5.  The new logo for Des Moines Metro BMX was unveiled.

Our track celebration for the 2007 race season was held Saturday, October 13. Volunteers were awarded certificates of appreciation from the track president, Kittie Weston-Knauer, for their commitment and support to Des Moines Metro BMX.
